Having previously worked in the charitable sector, Alison knows the difference community organisations make. For this reason, all proceeds from 'Lucky Numbers' (available on the night) will be donated to 'Leicestershire and Rutland Blood Bikes' (Reg. Charity: 1163921). This vital organisation ensures that life-saving blood, blood products and breastmilk is able to be delivered in a safe and timely manner to patients in need - supporting the NHS and other organisations within our local area and promoting the best outcomes and care for patients.

Alison will have limited copies of her book available on the night, which she will happily sign for you. 50% of each book sold will be donated to the fundraiser, along with the 'Lucky Numbers', available on the night. Holders of the winning numbers will be able to choose a gift from the 'Lucky Numbers Gift Table' - there are fabulous gifts to choose from, including from Equilibrium, Otters Deli, Snapdragon, Quirky Birds, Pearce's Jewellers & many more!!

The venue - Empingham Audit Hall, is an atmospheric, historical building, yet with modern and accessible facilities. The Twisted Trout pub (across the road from the Audit Hall), is kindly allowing use their car park, space permitting. Great idea: enjoy a bite to eat in the pub beforehand, from 5.30pm? On-street parking is also available.
