We will explore movement and rest to create harmony of body & mind.

Enjoy gentle hatha yoga, Yin yoga a sound bath, a yoga nidra meditation, breath work, a mindful craft and somatics in the historical village of Wing. Take a walk and visit the medieval maze, one of only eight turf cut mazes left in England. Historically the maze would have been used for meditation and festive purposes.
