Join me for a deeply relaxing and healing experience. You lie down on a mat whilst I play a variety of beautiful instruments to bring you back in to balance effortlessly. Sound healing is an ancient art used for thousands of years for calming and tuning the mind while re-balancing the body by releasing tension and subtle energetic blockages. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and simple yet profound way to connect with the centre of our being. There are two events one from 2pm - 3pm and another at 3:30pm -4:30pm.
