Music in Lyddington is delighted to present "Summer with The Mancunium Consort".

One of Manchester's leading vocal ensembles, The Mancunium Consort delights in sharing its joy and passion for a cappella choral music with its audiences. The evening's programme will take the listener on a journey through time, showcasing the best of the Consort's repertoire. Weaving together multiple different branches of choral music from as far back as the 1500s to the present day, prepare to hear music by the likes of Tallis and Byrd, through Brahms and Elgar to Gorecki and Lucy Walker and more. It's no wonder The Mancunium Consort have been hailed as "One of the rising starts of the choral music scene" – The Gesualdo Six.
