A celebratory service, arranged by The High Sheriff of Rutland Col. (Retd) Richard Chesterfield, and attended by the judiciary, police, and other agencies involved in maintaining law and order within in the County of Rutland. It is an occasion to thank them in advance of the biennial High Court Sitting in Oakham Castle.
