Join us for our NEW Guided Tour of Oakham!

Tours leave every Friday morning, beginning on Friday the 18th of March, at 11am from the Rutland County Museum and finish at the Castle.

Taking in the buildings, history and tales of Oakham settlement, castle and its residents past and present.

The museum opens at 10am, so visitors can pop in early and have a quick look round the Museum before you start your tour.

Finish with a coffee and cake in the Museum Cafe and surroundings whilst viewing their amazing collection of over 200 iconic 'Rutland' horseshoes at the Castle!
