Arts for Rutland is delighted to announce that the Rutland Youth Open Art Exhibition returns to the Rutland County Museum again this month and rolls through most of February too.

All young Artists, living, or at school in Rutland in school year groups 7 through to 13 are eligible to submit up to 3 pieces of original artwork to Rutland County Museum on Saturday 18th January 2025 between 12pm and 4pm. Works will be accepted in the following mediums - painting, drawing, ceramic, sculpture, textiles and photography.

The exhibition itself will run from Saturday 25th January and Saturday 22nd February 2025, and will be open for viewing during normal museum opening hours.

Arts for Rutland are excited to be able to promote and showcase artwork from young local talented artists, with previous years seeing up to 100 pieces of art displayed.

All required information, including entry forms, and terms and conditions, are available on Arts for Rutland's website www.a4r.org.uk.

They look forward to seeing as many entries as possible, and to putting on the exhibition to celebrate the fantastic local talent that exists in the young people of Rutland.
