Cocktail of the Week: Bee's Knees

Oakham Nub News has joined forces with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature.
Hello everybody, Josh here. Thanks for joining me for another week of cocktails.
This week's cocktail of the week is the Bee's knees.
This was invented during the prohibition to make bathtub gin better.
The recipe is as follows:
50ml of gin
25ml lemon juice
15 ml honey syrup (3-1 ratio of honey to hot water)
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker
- Hard shake with ice
- Strain
- Enjoy
Happy Friday!
Check back next week for another Cocktail of the Week, shared each Friday to kick your weekend off with a bang.
