Oakham Nub News has joined forces with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature, and here is Josh with this week's instalment:

Today's cocktail is The Tiramisu Espresso Martini - a great twist on a classic.

We covered the history of the Martini a few weeks ago when I shared a Cranberry and Grapefruit Martini, so I won't bore you with it again. Instead, read on to find out about this creamy, indulgent take on the cocktail, made famous by James Bond.

Ingredients:

• 25ml creme de cacao
• 25ml amaretto
• 25ml vodka
• 25ml coffee liqueur
• a double shot of espresso

Method:

1. Add to a boston shaker with ice
2. Hard shake
3. Strain to serve in a coupe glass
4. Enjoy
