Annual Rutland Beer Festival to take place in Oakham this weekend

Rutland Beer Festival will take place at Grainstore Brewery, Oakham, this weekend (The Grainstore).

The annual Rutland Beer Festival will be celebrating its 24th year in Oakham this bank holiday weekend.

The event, held at The Grainstore Brewery, brings together a wide range of real ales from around the UK.

Featuring over 70 real ales with an array of golden ales, stouts, bitters, porters and barley wines, there will also be a wide selection of traditional ciders on offer.

There is also live entertainment and barbecues every day and admission is free - although visitors can pay a £5 deposit for a commemorative Rutland Beer Festival glass.

The event will take place on Thursday 5pm-midnight, Friday 11am-1am, Saturday 9am-1am, Sunday 9am-1am and Monday 9am-11pm.
