Arts for Rutland is bringing the Rutland Youth Open Art Exhibition back to the Rutland County Museum this spring.
Young Artists, aged 11-18, across all types of media, from painting to sculpture, printing to pencil, submitted their original artwork to the Museum on Monday 18 March 2024.
Since then, a panel of judges have been hard at work reviewing the entries - a number of which will be on display from Saturday as a part of the exhibition.
A private preview evening will take place on Friday 22 March 2024 between 5pm and 7pm, during which prizes will be presented to the winning exhibitors.
The exhibition itself will run from Saturday 23 March until Saturday 27 April 2024.
Arts for Rutland are "pleased to be able to promote and showcase artwork from local talented young artists, with previous years seeing close to 100 pieces of art displayed."
Rutland County Museum is open on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10am until 4pm (excluding bank holidays), and can be found at:
Catmose Street
Oakham
Rutland
LE15 6HW
The venue is open 10am until 4pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
