Bat and Bottle its holding its first Annual Winter Wine Tasting at Oakham Castle for a couple of years.
This year it is being held in October, as part of the "Discover Rutland Food and Drink Week"
Owner Ben Robson told Nub News that the annual tasting, which has been held for ten years, has been moved from Christmas to support the food and drink week.
Bat and Bottle is based at 18D Oakham Enterprise Park and has been importing Italian Wines since 1994.
"This will be our first live tasting for a couple of years. We have an extensive range of exclusive and award-winning Italian wines to try so it promises to be a lovely evening." The popular event takes place during 6.30pm - 9pm Friday 29th October 2021 Tickets are £15 on the door, £10 in advance and its Wine Club Members come for free. Included in the price of this ticket is a voucher for a £15 discount on orders over £100 placed by 14/11/21.
