Bill's Bar on Oakham High Street will be reopening tomorrow night, Thursday 6 April 2023.

The team will be hosting a relaunch party following a closure of nearly 2 weeks while the venue is extended and refurbished.

The party is set to go on until 3am with free entry and music from DJ Reece.

The venue will see a new dance floor installed, providing a much larger space to boogy. There will also be:

  • 2 bars
  • New sound and lighting
  • Additional booth seating
  • More TVs
  • Drinks deals 7 days a week
  • Return of open open mic
  • More events, including big-name

When the venue reopens, food will be available to purchase in house, with the support of the sister venue, The Angler, Oakham. On the menu will be Bad Dogz, burgers, chips and more.

As promised, the venue will also be hosting a range of new events and acts, from a brand new Open Mic Night hosted by local musician and bass guitarist with Funked Up, Marcus Houghton, and live music acts.

The first of these acts is set to be Britain's Got Talent's Rory Jackson as Michael Jackson.
