Rutland County Council announced this weekend that books of condolence are opening in Rutland to honour Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Oakham Town Council added: "For anyone wishing to sign a book of condolence there will be one open at the Oakham town Council office on Long Row as of Monday. There will be other books available elsewhere in the town and as soon as we are updated I will let everyone know.
"If anyone wishes to leave flowers these can be put in the castle grounds."
Two books of condolence opened at Oakham Castle as a special tribute on Sunday 11th September, after the Castle hosted Rutland's Proclamation.
