A special service will take place at Peterborough Cathedral on Sunday 2nd March at 3pm celebrating Rutland. 

MP Alicia Kearns posted about the event on her social media, saying: "As the government's proposals to reorganise our Councils puts the future of Rutland at risk, please save the date for our county service to celebrate the people and county of Rutland. 

"Come and support our sense of identity, historical traditions and the wonderful little county Rutland is with your friends and family."
