Local charity support Rutland residents with life-limiting illness

Dove Cottage are a local Day Hospice providing support for Rutland resident with life-limiting illnesses.

Dove Cottage Day Hospice is an individual local charity and has been caring for adults since 1996. All of their care services are provided free of charge to those living locally with an advanced life-limiting illness.

Their aim is to offer care and support for you, your families and carers through their day care and family support services.

Now, they are inviting those in need, as well as their carers, to monthly sessions aimed at cultivating friendship, providing care support and advice, and enhancing wellbeing.

Dates for 2023 are:

  • April 4
  • May 2
  • June 13
  • July 11
  • August 8
  • September 3
  • October 3
  • November 14
  • December 12

Join the team on these Tuesday dates from 11:30am - 2pm at Empingham Cricket club for a light lunch and refreshments, and to tackle your day care needs.
