A local pub that has been dubbed 'the most dog-friendly pub around' has welcomed five star reviews from happy customers - and their humans!
The Plough in Greetham is an unsuspecting little venue, packed with charm and bragging friendly staff and hearty pub meals. Quiet and quaint from the outside, the village pub comes alive as evening draws in and over the weekends, when the team host a range of events, live music, games nights and more.
Already this week, the team have marked national pie day, and will be hosting their weekly Quiz Night on Thursday. as well as their January ale offer: get £1 off on pints throughout January every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 4pm and 6pm.
They are also getting ready to screen every Six Nations Match from 2 February - when they will have a first-half drinks offer and free half-time supper - and will be welcoming the Prosecco Gecko party band on Saturday 3 February.
This alone makes the venue popular with locals, but tourists to the pretty village have also been raving about the venue, one dubbing it "the most dog-friendly pub around".
The review continued: "Staff are lovely and friendly, always welcoming, with four legged friends too. Great selection of beers and wine and the food is amazing, and very well priced with offers every day. Highly recommend."
