Cleaner

O'Neill and Brennan are currently looking for a Cleaner to start work on a construction site near to Oakham. The location of the project is only accessible via car (personal transport).

Salary will be £14.55 per hour.

You will:

  • pass a basic DBS check
  • work 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
  • clean the site office, meeting room, canteen and welfare area
  • undertake regular cleaning of all touchpoints
  • ensure the canteen and welfare facilities are fully stocked with all cleaning supplies

Planned Works & Safety Manager

St John and St Anne is looking for someone with good interpersonal skills, excellent IT knowledge and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organised, with a "can do" attitude – no two days are the same. 

Salary is £38,000 per annum pro-rata.

You will:

  • have knowledge of housing legislation and 'Decent Homes' Standards 
  • Health & Safety (IOSH) and Property qualifications, such as NEBOSH, or equivalent 
  • have experience of overseeing and supporting the work of staff 
  • have strong organisational and time management 
  • possess the ability to meet deadlines and liaise with external contractors 
  • be able to work on own initiatives, as well as part of a team 
  • have excellent communication and IT skills 
  • have a full, clean Driving Licence

  • £38,000 pro rata dependent on experience and qualifications

Built Estate Manager

St George's Barracks is looking for a quality Built Estate Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.

Salary is up to £48,000.

You will:

  • oversee the effective, compliant and timely delivery of maintenance and response works in accordance with statutory legislation
  • monitor Supply Chain work teams
  • monitor Supply Chain service delivery, value for money, quality and safe working
  • review Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure they are to an acceptable standard
  • record all tasks against the appropriate assets
  • review site risk registers, follow maintenance and management processes and notify Management of any defects on equipment or systems
  • ensure compliance 
  • have a full UK driving licence

Uppingham School Sports Centre is seeking a vibrant and experienced addition to their dedicated Swim School staff on a permanent basis. 

Salary is unspecified.

You will:

  • have relevant qualifications
