A fortnightly open mic night has been reintroduced at Bill's Bar following a revamp of the popular bar and night club.

Now run by Marcus Houghton, the open mic night is set to take place every other Wednesday.

The open event kicked off on Wednesday 19 April, and saw success, with multiple musicians coming to join Marcus and the gang to enjoy live, local music.

All local performers are welcome, whether they play an instrument, sing accompanied, or use backing tracks.

The environment is supportive and the drinks will be flowing.

The next open mic night is set to take place on 3 May from 8pm until late.

The venue also shows live sports and has introduced a range of one-off and regular events since reopening earlier this month.

Find out more about the newly revamped bar on their Facebook page.
