Two local pubs have, this month, launched loyalty card schemes to help you turn your pints into... more pints!

The Admiral Hornblower, located at 64 Oakham High Street, have introduced the 'Proper Loyalty Card' allowing users to collect points on every drink they buy. These points can be put towards further drinks.

To kick start this deal, they have also been offering 20% off drinks Monday - Friday from 4:30 - 6:30pm.

The Admiral Hornblower is open:

Monday - Sunday from 8am - 11pm

Another popular local venue, The Crown Tavern, fondly know by many as The Tav, have also introduced a loyalty scheme.

Landlady Lindsay is offering stamps to customers who purchase a pint of West Coast IPA, Belhaven Best and Old Speckled Hen.

For every pint you buy, whether it is neat of in a shandy, you get a stamp. Collect 6 stamps, and get your 7th pint free.

Located at 7 Crown Walk, The Crown Tavern also shows a wide range of sport, including football, rugby, F1, Moto GP and more.

The Crown is open:

Tuesday - Thursday from 3 - 11pm

Friday from 3pm - 12am

Saturday 12pm - 12am

Sunday 11:30 - 7:30pm
