Citizens Advice Rutland's fundraising group, For Rutland, has raised a fantastic £7000 for the charity.

The funds will help pay for Special Advisers at Citizens Advice, who support people living with the consequences of long term health conditions.

The final total is a great result for the fundraising group's 10th Anniversary.

The CA advisers help with managing debts, claiming benefits and gaining financial help through applying for grants.

Twenty teams of four competed at the golf day on September 11th, held at Rutland Water Golf Club and sponsored by Taylor & Baines of Oakham. This was followed by a dinner, raffle and auction attended by 100 guests, which raised the much needed funds.

All who took part had a great day and For Rutland wish to thank all of the incredible sponsors and participants for making it such a success.
