Support Workers at The Lodge Trust

The Lodge Trust in Market Overton is offering individuals the opportunity to join a friendly team in a welcoming workspace which offers great training and development in a beautiful rural location.

The Trust is hiring two different positions, a Waking Nights Support Worker and Residential Living Support Worker.

Both roles are to support adults with learning difficulties, ensuring they are safe, happy and comfortable, and responding to their additional needs. This includes helping with personal hygiene, assisting with medication administration and carrying out domestic tasks to ensure the home is always at its best.

This role pays from £12.21 per hour for dayshifts and £12.88 for Waking Nights.

Careers Teacher at The Grange Therapeutic School in Knossington

This is an interesting role as it is part of a trial scheme testing out the four day working week to see if the company will roll it out across their whole workforce. They advertise: 'How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four?'

This role as Careers Teacher at The Grange mainly involves delivering careers education to KS3/4 pupils, while managing the behaviour of pupils in line with the policies and ethos of the school and maintaining proper safeguarding. As this role is at a school for students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, you must be able to exhibit the ability to work with children with a variety of difficulties.

As part of the shop team, this role will involve you to work across a variety of settings, from the checkouts to shopfloor, administration to the bakery. This permeant role offers a 15 hour contract at £12.21 per hour for a new Retail Store Assistant to work at Oakham's Cancer Research UK.

They are looking for a motivated Store Assistant to work providing excellent customer service, maintaining the shop's high standards of cleanliness and presentation and working closely with colleagues and volunteers.
