Waking Nights Support Worker

Role Overview:

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support to adults with learning disabilities during the night, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and comfort. You'll help create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment, responding to individual needs and helping residents feel cared for and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their holistic care needs, including personal hygiene, emotional support and ensuring their physical wellbeing.
  • Respond to individual needs and emergencies throughout the night as required.
  • Assist with medication administration and record-keeping in line with policy.
  • Ensure the home is well-maintained, contributing to domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.

Residential Living Support Worker

Role Overview

As a Residential Living Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping to provide a warm and supportive home for adults with learning disabilities. You'll support residents to lead fulfilling lives, promoting their dignity, individuality and independence. You'll work as part of a passionate team, creating an atmosphere where everyone is valued and residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their holistic care needs, including personal hygiene, emotional support and ensuring their physical wellbeing.
  • Support the Senior and Deputy Managers in assessing, planning and implementing individual care needs.
  • Work as a key team member, providing a safe, welcoming and homely environment. What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay from £12.21 per hour for day shifts and £12.88 for Waking Nights
