Local favourite Kavanagh's Tea Room last month launched a Subscription Box, and they had such success, it looks as if it is here to stay.

Kavanagh's is run by Clare and Martyn and serves a range of gluten free cakes, bakes and meals all made fresh by the dedicated team.

In a twist of fate Clare was diagnosed a Coeliac in 2003 and, devastated by the news at the time, she stopped baking. However, her passion for baking stayed strong and now she shares her enthusiasm and talent with the people of Rutland.

From 2016, Kavanagh's Tea Room was located just off of Oakham Market Place, but is now serving their classic gluten free treats and much more from Victoria Hall.

Now they are coming up with more, innovate ways to share their creations, and have begun creating a selling decadent Subscription Boxes to satisfy Rutland's sweet tooth!

This month subscribers can expect chewy American style cookies, yummy cake jars, huge slabs of brownie or flapjack bakes, a savoury surprise, the all new Bake of the month.

Orders must be in by the 25th of August, and subscribers will receive their box at the start of September.

Subscriptions cost £25 and can be posted nationwide, so why not send a loved one a little treat?
