Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust is on the look-out for a passionate and organised Volunteer Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis.

Based in the Volunteer Training Centre in Oakham, this role offers the opportunity to work with fellow volunteers and play a vital role in conservation and protecting local wildlife. There is also the chance to travel to various other nature reserves and create a positive and memorable experience for volunteers.

From delivering a range of activities from wildlife monitoring and countryside skills training to organising social events, this role is perfect for an organised and hard-working individual that is passionate about the environment.

They are also looking for people to join the Charnwood Forest Wildlife Recording Group, as well as Office Volunteers in Leicester and Team Wilder Volunteers.

LRWT was founded in 1956 to protect and enhance the wildlife and wild places across Leicestershire and Rutland, as well as making wildlife and nature education more accessible for local people.
