The Fox & Hounds in Knossington is updating its opening hours as dark evenings and wet nights keep visitors snuggled up at home.

Headed up by Landlord Rangel Gadzhonov, the pub has been jumping from strength to strength over the last year, welcoming a weekly 'Thursday Night Dinner' offer, Atlantic Pale Ale for only £3 a pint, steak night, live music and events and much more.

They have also been hosting a range of seasonal events, and updating their menu to provide patrons with the freshest local ingredients year round.

Next up, the team will be hosting a romantic Valentine's evening on Wednesday 14 February.

On the regular menu, the team have meat, veggie and vegan options, as well as some classic desserts, such as Eton mess, brownie, a cheese board and more.

And this Valentine's Day, you can enjoy a three course meal and glass of fizz for £36.95 per person.

Following tomorrow's Valentine's event, the team will be reducing their opening hours as the pub - which is a top spot for summer time drinks on the terrace or a cosy Sunday roast in the historic dining area - remains quiet in the winter.

As such, from 19 February, opening hours will be:

Thursday 4pm – 11 pm

Friday 12pm – 11 pm

Saturday 12pm – 11pm

Sunday 12pm – 9pm
