Martin is Oakham's new Mayor

OAKHAM Town Council has a new mayor following the appointment of Cllr Martin Brookes, who represents the South ward.
Cllr Brookes is a long-time resident of Oakham, having lived in the town for nearly two decades.
With a background in retail, he has been an active member of the local community.
He is a passionate amateur photographer and enjoys spending time with his friends, including caring for their beloved dog. He is also the dedicated Community Editor of the Oakham and Rutland News site.
