A must for fans of a classic British sitcom is coming to Oakham next month!

The Wisteria Hotel is promising more than four hours of fun and entertainment for the performance of the Vicar of Dibley Comedy Dinner Show.

Comedy Dinner Shows UK is staging the hilarious spectacle at the hotel at the hotel at 4 Catmose Street from 6.30pm on Friday October 15.

The promoters said: "Geraldine is hosting a fundraising dinner to raise money for the new church window… and you're all invited! She's even thrown a delicious 3 course meal into the mix.

"The only trouble is, Alice and Hugo think everyone's here for their wedding rehearsal. Not wanting to let down the dim-witted duo, Geraldine plays along, avoiding Owen's less than tactful advances.

"Mrs. Cropley's in charge of the cake, Frank's left in charge of Dibley radio and Jim doesn't no, no, no what he's doing.

"Will Geraldine be able to raise enough money for the window and keep the villagers happy?"

The interactive parody show with a 3 course dinner costs £49.50 per person.
