Oakham has been nominated as one of the top places to live in the UK in 2022, and you can vote to secure a top spot for our beautiful market town!

Award-winning lifestyle site, Muddy Stilettos has curated the Top 200 best places to live in 2022 and now it's time to have your say as Oakham is in the running.

Muddy Stilettos' Top 200 Best Places to Live guide, runs across 26 counties.

The guide gives its readers the power of the 'click' to show the team just how much they love their home town.

From market towns to villages and hamlets to commuter favourites, each of the 200 locations have been independently picked by the editorial team.

You can show Oakham some love by voting via the Muddy Stilettos website.

This year the winning place in each county will be entered into a National vote so your favourite could be crowned the best place in the whole of the UK, outside of London.

How about that for local pride!

Voting closes in March and we can't wait to find out the results, so watch this space...
