Part-time Sales Assistant @ Rutland Cycling Ltd.

"Here at Rutland Cycling we are currently on the lookout for a passionate individual with the right attitude to join our flagship store at Whitwell as a part-time Sales Advisor.

What you'll do:

- Providing a high-quality service to customers, offering advice and guidance

- Take part in sales campaigns, special promotions and demonstrations

- Keep up to date on product releases, workshops and training activities

- Work closely with other team members in store and across the Company

- Responding positively to customer complaints or concerns

- Ensuring customers are kept fully informed regarding outstanding orders.

- Arrange ordering and delivery of stock

- Attending and take part in team meetings, sharing information and knowledge to enhance the customer in- store experience.

We are looking for:

-Charismatic individual who shares our passion for all things bike related,

- A strong team player

- Excellent communication skills

- Soundtrack record having already established a front-line sales role."
