Here is a brief job description:

"Our Rutland based client are part of a Global Company who have carved a niche for themselves as the acknowledged market leaders in the supply and repair of industrial alternators and motors. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. This has been achieved this by continually investing in their manufacturing facilities, R & D and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.

"Due to a bulging order book they now require additional Multi-Skilled Operatives to join their team. Allocated to a team (Assembly Test, Rotor Tumble Wind or Spray Assembly) following training you will become a responsible team member.

"Our client is looking for strong team players with experience within a production environment and commitment to good Health & Safety practice is essential. Ideally you will possess a background in engineering (electrical or mechanical) or paint spraying."
