Oakham Medical Practice has launched a call back feature to help users get the care they need.

Following multiple complaints from users, who took to social media to share their frustrations about service at the practice, and finally an 'Inadequate' rating from the CQC, Oakham Medical Practice has been making some dramatic improvements to the medical facility in the heart of Rutland.

They have since received a 'Good' rating as a result of these improvements, which include the introduction of a Patient Participation Group, and improving the care and leadership provided at the centre.

Now, the team have launched a new phone feature which will allow patients to receive a call back rather than joining the telephone queue.
