The Oakham Pride committee are seeking volunteers to join them at Oakham Pride at Cutts Close in June this year.

Following, a successful inaugural Pride event in Oakham's Cutts Close on 25 June 2022, the event will take place this year on 17 June 2023.

The group are looking for volunteers to help out in a variety of roles at the event, from marshalling to donation collections.

The team said: "We are now recruiting volunteers to help with Pride,. If you are interested in helping out as part of our Oakham Pride Family, please get in touch. There are various roles on the day and all volunteers will be provided with the necessary equipment (uniform if needed) and a small packed lunch and soft drinks."
