Oakham scouts Christmas tree recycling

By The Editor

3rd Jan 2020 | Local News

Oakham All Saints Scout Group is running a real Christmas tree recycling service.

In exchange for a £7 donation, the scouts will come and take away your tree which will either be given to two different local forest schools, a local charity or used within scouting.

The service is available in Rutland - LE15 and PE9 postcodes - and trees will be collected on Saturday, 11 January.

Every penny from the Oakham All Saints Scout Group fundraising project will go to the registered charity.

There are currently opportunities for adults who'd like to help deliver fantastic experiences to young people at Oakham All Saints Scout Group to join the leadership team - both working directly with young people and behind the scenes.

To register for the tree collection service - or to find out more about opportunities available within local scouting - click on the red button below.
