As part of Mental Health Awareness Day this Tuesday, 10 October. Rutland County Council's RISE team will be joining Pepper's- A Safe Place to help raise awareness of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Café that opened in Oakham in July.

If you are 18 years old or over, pop down and visit the team from 10.30am – 12.30pm at 2A High Street, Oakham.

You will be able to find out more about Pepper's, the Neighbourhood Mental Health Café and also enjoy some free cake and coffee on offer.

The RISE team will also be joining P3, Root and Branch Out at an information stall held outside of Citizens Advice on Gaol Street, Oakham from 10.30am – 2.30pm. Come along and get lots of information about local services available to help with mental health.

If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health or wellbeing you can find information from urgent support, to helpful signposting and downloads using support tools on the Rutland County Council website, or by seeking advice with NHS Leicestershire

You can also make a referral to the RISE team through the Joy platform, or by contacting the RISE Team by emailing [email protected] or calling 01572 758 850.
