The meeting is open to the public and can be joined in-person at Catmose House or via Microsoft Teams.
The first planning application on the agenda is seeking approval for the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping of 92 dwellings off Braunston Road in Oakham.
The scheme will include a mix of 70% market and 30% affordable homes in line with the Rutland Local Plan, Oakham and Barleythorpe Neighbourhood Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The second planning decision will be on the outline for an application for 50 dwellings on land the north side of Cold Overton Road in Langham.
This application is being discussed by the planning committee because there has already been a number of objections from residents.
The third application for discussion in a proposal to alter the existing front elevation of Uppingham Library by creating a new entrance, replacing existing windows and doors as well as refurbish the kitchen and accessible toilets and create a Family Hub.
