Rutland residents have been warned to remain vigilant after a suspicious individual was caught on CCTV.

Residents have been warning friends and neighbours to remain vigilant after an individual was spotted on CCTV taking pictures of a vehicle parked on a Langham driveway.

The individual was allegedly wearing a black puffer coat and had a black gym bag.

A report has been made to the police, with crime number 685 -10.1.23.

While the police have not commented, there has been speculation that this could be linked to vehicle theft and/or keyless access.
