There are several major roads in Oakham, Stamford and Melton that will be shut on Sunday 10th November for Remembrance Day.

In Oakham, from 2:30pm to 4pm, Church Street and the High Street will be closed to traffic. This is due to the Remembrance Day parade between Oakham Castle and All Saints' Church.

Rutland County Council recommends a diversion via Station Road onto Burley Street.

In Stamford, there will be closure on St John's Street, affecting Red Lion Street, Crown Street, Broad Street and Star Lane.

Lincolnshire County Council recommend a two-minute diversion via North Street onto St Paul's Street.

In Melton, Market Place, Chapel Street and Mill Street will be affected. For an alternative route, follow the council's diversion signs.
