Alicia Kearns, MP for Rutland and Stamford, reminds local primary schools that her fifth annual Christmas card competition closes on Friday 8th November.

The winning card will be printed and sent out as Kearns' official Christmas card, with last year's winning entry being presented to then-Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

This year's theme is 'Father Christmas and Friends' and is open to all local primary school year groups. There will be prizes for first, second and third place.

"Please do keep them coming," said Kearns. "We've had a selection of wonderfully imaginative entries so far, which always makes my job picking a winner an even tougher decision."

The deadline for entries is Friday 8th November.
