At approximately 8:30 this morning, Thursday the 8th of December 2022, a road traffic accident took place on the A606 Burley Park Way bridge.

It appears that two vans and one car were involved.

The accident took place in the queue of traffic caused by the temporary traffic lights at the Burley Park Way/Ashwell roundabout heading eastbound.

Drivers should be wary that this will cause further delays.
