Rutland £100,000 lottery winner

One lucky resident in in Tickencote Warren is celebrating today after winning £100,000 thanks to their postcode.
They won the cash when PE9 4AH was announced as a winner with People's Postcode Lottery on Tuesday 22nd December.
The prize was won as part of People's Postcode Lottery's special Christmas campaign, where one postcode is announced as a £50,000 prize winner every day.
The winner was playing with two tickets, meaning they doubled the cash to £100,000.
Sending her congratulations was People's Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt.
She said: "I'm thrilled for our winner in Tickencote Warren! I hope they can celebrate the win over Christmas and treat themselves to something nice."
A minimum of 32% of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People's Postcode Lottery have helped raise over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes across Britain and internationally.
This draw was promoted by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation which has received over £3.3 million in funding thanks to players of People's Postcode Lottery.
