The Rutland BIG Sale is getting ready to host a range of small businesses from across Rutland, Leicestershire and the surrounding areas at a female-led event this weekend.

There will be food, drink, clothing, toys, homeware, giftware, women's clothing, men's accessories, decor and much more on offer at the Rutland Hall Hotel event.

This comes after the success of the first 'Rutland Big Sale' in February 2023, and was followed by an incredibly well-attended Christmas Sale event in December. Both events have been organised by two local business women, Charlie Pallett (The Rutland Blogger) and Victoria Bullet (PRINK).

Together the duo run 'Rutland Women in Business', a community group for small business owners in and around the Rutland area.

They explained: "When we organised The Rutland Big Sale, both Victoria and I were pregnant and expecting our first children. Fast forward to today, we have baby Hali and baby Stanley and are enjoying life as new mums, whilst together organising The Rutland Big Christmas Market, creating an event we felt the area has been previously missing. 

"Our events aim to provide a pop-up one-stop destination for shoppers to embrace the spirit of shopping small and supporting small businesses from around the local area. The response has been nothing short of phenomenal, with a flurry of applications leading to a quick sellout and a waiting list for future events."
