Rutland campsite takes runner up spot in Camping and Glamping Awards

An Rutland campsite has come in as runner up for the Best Adult Only camping and glamping site in the East Midlands. 

Stretton Lakes Touring Park came in second place, celebrated for their tranquil fishing lakes and surrounding woodland and footpaths, making it the ideal spot for walkers and anglers.

The site has an average rating of 4.91 out of five, with 100% of guests saying they would recommend the site. 

One guest commented saying: '[Stretton Lakes is the] perfect site for a peaceful getaway. Clean, modern and first-class facilities.' 

Another said: 'Wow! A wonderful location with great facilities, friendly staff and spotlessly clean.'
