Rutland County Council are promoting better awareness around health, prevention and lifestyle changes with an educational event at Oakham Castle.

This free to attend event will run from 10am to 7pm on Wednesday 10th September and will give local people the opportunity to speak directly to service providers and experts.

The 'Know More, Live Well' event will give local people the chance to find out more about: healthy weight, alcohol consumption, blood pressure checks, Type 2 Diabetes support, mental health support, physical activity, nutrition, NHS digital access, oral health, smoking and more.

This is a drop-in event open to adults, families and children wanting to learn more about having a healthy lifestyle and hopes to improve the understanding of health and local services for residents.
