Alicia Kearns MP has launched a new survey for Oakham residents, asking questions about the areas of the town that need the most focus, views on the High Street and Local Government Reorganisation.

The survey, which was launched on 25 July, hopes to get to the core of what matters to local people, identifying opinions on key matters like whether Oakham High Street should be pedestrianised or the future of the Rutland Sea Dragon.

There is also questions asking about whether residents support the Government's decision to absorb Rutland into Leicestershire County Council.

The survey gives residents the opportunity to give feedback on Rutland County Council, what they think the authority's focus should be and what the local Conservatives should focus on locally.
