A 17th-century pub is getting ready to host local mums this Mother's Day.

The Fox and Hounds in Knossington is a historic venue with plenty of charm and top reviews on both Google and Tripadvisor.

It has been under the steady leadership of Landlord Rangel Gadzhonov for nearly a year, in which time the venue has introduced new opening hours, a monthly quiz, Friday steak night, Thursday night meal deal and much more.

And this Mother's Day, the team are giving their Sunday Roast menu some magnificent modifications to ensure that your celebrations are memorable.

On the three-course menu is a spicy soup, pork belly, squid, a collection of roasts, stuffed chicken breast, salmon risotto and much more.

Round your meal off with a dessert, options including lemon cheesecake, brownie, crumble, sticky toffee pudding, cheeses and a selection of custard and ice-cream to accompany your sweet treat.

Prices start at £16.95, and go up to £32.95.

The cosy restaurant, which is open plan but packed with charm and character, is the main attraction at the quiet pub, but patrons are welcome to join the team for a drink at the well-stocked bar - where you can find a collection of five star reviews from happy customers.
