Rutland Police find cannabis 'cultivation' after other drug-related incidents

Rutland Police report finding a cannabis 'cultivation' in Oakham, following other drug-related incidents.

They posted on social media yesterday: "Carrying on from last weeks results around controlled substances the team have dealt with a small #cannabis cultivation set up today in #Oakham

Suspect interviewed. Investigation ongoing. "

They also posted: "Olivia and Nicole have been in the #WestRoad area of #Oakham this morning engaging with members of the public after reports of cannabis use."

A week ago, Rutland Police also posted: "Proactive - Team Effort this evening. Three males (separate) stopped searched under the misuse of drugs act. Controlled substances found. Investigation ongoing."
