Oakham School is celebrating another year of incredible exam results, with the Class of 2026 achieving 99% overall pass rate.

Headmaster, Henry Price welcomed the news, saying: 'I am hugely proud of our A Level and BTEC students, whose achievements form part of a successful summer of results for Oakham, beginning with the IB Diploma.

'These results demonstrate the strength of an educational approach that recognises every student as an individual and helps them make confident choices about the pathway that is right for them.'

This year's results saw 84% of students achieving an A* in Art and Design, 75% in Critical and Contextual Studies and 75% of students receiving an A* to A grade in Drama.

In addition to this, 76% of students got a Distinction* or Distinction in the BTECs and 100% of students passing Classical Civilisation, English Literature and Geography.
