A local gaming attraction has spoken out about the benefits of outdoor activity this Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW).

Rumble Live Action Gaming at Rutland Water reopened for its second season in March, and has since welcomed guests from six - 60 to embrace the benefits of outdoor activity and more on offer.

Located at Sykes Lane, just minutes from Stamford and Oakham, the award-winning attraction will be open every weekend until November as well as midweek during the summer school holidays.

And this Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from 13 - 19 May, the team have shared the benefits of Rumble and how it combines the thrill of adventure with the healing power of nature.

This year's MHAW theme is Movement, making Rumble a top spot to improve your wellness and reap the benefits of:
