The Lord Nelson, a 16th century pub in Oakham offering hearty meals and ale, is launching a new menu today including new 'Grande pizzas' and happy hour drinks. 

Kicking off on Wednesday 9th July, The Lord Nelson's new menu is packed with delicious options, including a new 'Dirty Nelson Burger', loaded fries and sweet treats.

The new menu is served Monday to Saturday from 12.00 to 2.30pm and 5.30pm to 8.30pm, as well as 12pm to 4pm on Sundays. 

An exciting new addition is their 'Grande Pizzas'. These pizzas are 197 square inches, which is bigger than two ten-inch pizzas combined. For diners with a smaller appetite, these pizzas are available by the slice or whole for anyone looking for a seriously big pizza.

There are options of set flavours, such as Margherita, Meat Feast and Spicy Chicken, or the opportunity to build your own pizza from a Margharita base and up to four toppings of your choice. 

They are currently offering 20% off all whole Grande Pizzas between 5.30pm and 7pm Monday to Friday and Sunday 12pm to 4pm. They also have a Happy Hour drinks deal from 5pm to 7pm Monday to Friday.

The Lord Nelson has a games room and tv room showing sports and a cosy garden seating area. Whether you are wanting to kick back with pizza and a pint to enjoy the football or bring the whole family for a hearty meal, there is something for everyone at The Lord Nelson.
